Administration

Administration aims to support all staff and guests of the institute. It is divided into the areas of Human Resources Management, Financial Accounting, Third-Party Funding Management (supporting proposals and projects), Purchasing, Travel Management, as well as General Services including Reception and House Technics. Human Resources Management

We support you in questions about employment contracts, pension schemes, income, remuneration and pensions, pay slips, absences, time recording, personnel files, relocation costs

Financial Accounting

Cost and performance accounting (KLR): Nicole Baison

All questions of account allocation and posting of invoices, handling of payment transactions, preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, asset accounting as well as banking and cash management, tax matters

Third-Party Funding Management | EU Funding

National and EU projects: Sven Neumann (DFG, BMBF, BWMi, EU - Joint Undertaking)

Internationale and EU projects: Martina Böther (EU, USA, Foundation, MPG projects, BMBF)

Providing information about funding landscape for different qualification levels and collaboration approaches, supporting scientists to prepare their grant proposal, research and cooperation contract management, administrative project management, project controlling, reporting, preparation and implementation of internal and external project audits

Purchasing
