Nicola Maher

I am currently a postdoc at the Max-Planck-Institute for Meteorology in Hamburg, Germany working with Jochem Marotzke. I am interested in modes of climate variability and how they might change in the future. I work mostly with large ensembles such as the Max Planck Institute Grand Ensemble, which I currently coordinate as well as data from CMIP.

I have completed my PhD entitled: Natural drivers of Interannual to Decadal Variations in Surface Climate
at the Climate Change Research Centre and the CoE Centre of Excellence for Climate System Science under the supervision of Professor Matthew England and Dr. Alex Sen Gupta.
